The results are in!

How much weight did I lose on my first full week on Wegovy?

I am very happy to report a 5.6 pound weight loss my first week on Wegovy. I fully understand that this won’t be a typical week from here on out, but for now I’ll take it.

I also did my second injection today and although I still was a tiny bit apprehensive to inject myself, it was super easy and didn’t hurt.

Even better, I didn’t have a wave of nausea or anything after the injection. I was able to eat normally and got in enough calories to support healthy weight loss.
